Imperial Auto Detailing
By booking a service with Imperial Auto Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Terms of Work
Imperial Auto Detailing provides mobile vehicle valeting and detailing services at a location agreed with the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and that there is sufficient space to safely carry out the work.
All services will be carried out to a high professional standard. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and prior maintenance of the vehicle.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are either quoted in advance or listed on the website. Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Imperial Auto Detailing reserves the right to amend prices if the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from what was described at the time of booking. Any price changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.
3. Excessive Soiling
While every effort is made to honour quoted prices, vehicles with excessive soiling (including but not limited to heavy pet hair, tar, paint fallout, or severe contamination) may require additional time and materials.
If additional work is required, this will be discussed and agreed with the customer before proceeding. No additional charges will be applied without prior agreement.
4. Weather Conditions
As a mobile service, work is subject to weather conditions. In cases of particularly inclement weather, it may be necessary to postpone a booking.
Where this occurs, the booking will be rearranged at the earliest mutually convenient availability. Imperial Auto Detailing cannot accept responsibility or liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from cancellations or delays due to weather conditions.
5. Cancellations / No shows
Imperial Auto Detailing endeavours to contact customers prior to their appointment as a courtesy reminder. In return, customers are asked to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to be present at the agreed time and location (no-show), may result in a charge of up to the full price of the booked service.
This charge may be reduced or waived if the service is re-booked for a later date, at the discretion of Imperial Auto Detailing.
6. Damage or Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with the result of any service, or believe damage has occurred, you must notify Imperial Auto Detailing:
During the final inspection of the vehicle where possible, and in any event, within 24 hours of the service being completed.
Imperial Auto Detailing is fully insured for Public Liability and Accidental Damage while working on your vehicle. Claims or complaints raised outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
7. Complaints
All complaints will be taken seriously and handled fairly. Imperial Auto Detailing will always endeavour to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
